Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Towers I/II in Philadelphia. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs across affordable housing properties under the supervision of the Community Manager, handling plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep.

Must have 2 years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with OSHA safety awareness and a valid driver’s license. On-call duties and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 3–4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements for this position.
• 2 years of maintenance experience is required.
• Must have experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general maintenance.
• Previous experience in commercial or multi-unit residential property is desirable; wage may vary due to property needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing leaky faucets.
• Performing minor repairs such as drywall patching, painting, and carpentry work.
• Maintaining the property's grounds, including lawn care, snow removal and cleaning of common areas.
• Responding to tenant requests for repairs and maintenance issues.
• Assisting with major repairs or renovations as needed.
