Maintenance Technician - Mobile Home Community

Are you experienced in property maintenance or handy with light carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work? We need your help to provide excellent housing for our residents and communities. No special licenses are required—just honesty, a desire to learn, and a commitment to hard work. This position is located in Clinton Township, MI.

What We Offer:
  • $18.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience
  • Quarterly bonus potential of up to $200
  • 11 paid holidays

What We Need:
  • Routine maintenance of rental units and refurbishing of make-ready homes, including painting, cleaning, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
  • Maintaining property grounds
  • Assisting with after-hours maintenance emergencies
  • Keeping work areas clean and organized
What You Need:
  • Commitment to learn, work hard, and be honest
  • Knowledge of light carpentry, plumbing, and/or electrical work; 6+ months experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently or with other technicians
  • Responsibility for company equipment, tools, and supplies
  • Dedication to providing excellent community service
  • Ability to pass drug screening, background, and driving record checks
