About The Role

As a CBRE Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, supporting equipment and systems maintenance.

Responsibilities include PM of HVAC Equipment, dispatching from home to various locations, and overseeing maintenance tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee maintenance and repairs for HVAC, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain supplies.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Operate company vehicles and apply technical knowledge to complex tasks.
• Lead by example, coach others, and work within broad guidelines.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 4-5 years relevant experience; trade school diploma considered.
• Universal CFC certification, valid driver’s license, physical ability to perform job duties.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, organizational skills, and ability to analyze information.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

The hourly rate ranges from $32.45 to $37.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
