NDM Hospitality is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Miami Worldcenter team. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks to keep our retail spaces safe, clean, and functional, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of maintenance experience, reads manuals and blueprints, and works well independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of maintenance or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of the retail facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and management.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems to ensure functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Assist in implementing preventative maintenance programs.
