Job summary

Responsibilities also include portable equipment and other hardware, as directed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Repair drywall damage to like new condition.• Paint walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed.• Repair and adjust door hardware and install new components as needed.• Diagnose various mechanical problems and perform corrective work when approved.• Participate in preventative maintenance tasks as directed.• Maintain accurate work performed and materials used in the work order system.• Include the following.
