ESFM is seeking a maintenance technician to perform skilled maintenance duties across facility engineering functions in an institutional setting. You will lead a team, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure safety and reliability of building systems.
The role involves repairing electrical and mechanical systems, supervising tasks, and coordinating with vendors while documenting rounds and work orders.
