The role includes a four-day on, four-day off schedule, comprehensive training, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose mechanical issues.
• Knowledge of electrical systems; PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a four-day on/off schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues promptly.
• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, adhering to safety guidelines and industry standards.
• Assist in implementing preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment failures.
• Collaborate with production to optimize processes and efficiency.
• Contribute to a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Crossville, TN

Starting Pay: $15-17/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 6a-230p
