Job summary

ams OSRAM USA Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations in Exeter, NH. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on automated equipment, document preventive tasks in SAP PM, and analyze data to optimize machine performance and OEE.

The role requires hands‑on skills and the ability to follow detailed procedures. Applicants should have 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to work 12‑hour shifts on

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; technician degree preferred.
3–5 years in manufacturing, preferably maintenance.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Familiar with electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulic, and controls systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

Perform diversified mechanical, electromechanical or electronic maintenance on equipment.
Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs; document in SAP PM.
Monitor data collection, machine uptime, and yields to optimize OEE.
Create SOPs and instructions for maintenance activities.
Coordinate with equipment OEMs and vendors for parts and repairs.
Support LEAN and 6S initiatives and safety training.
