CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to enhance the community’s integrity while delivering exceptional customer service. This role focuses on hands-on maintenance across apartments and common areas with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.
You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to service requests, manage inventory, and participate in preventative maintenance and safety programs. Strong English communication and flexible scheduling are required.

Work is performed throughout residential apartment communities, including occupied units, vacant apartments, exterior grounds, and maintenance areas. Position regularly involves exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, power tools, and moving mechanical equipment.
Requires frequent physical activity including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and working in confined or elevated spaces. Regularly lifts, carries, pushes, or pulls tools, appliances, equipment, and supplies up to 50 pounds. Position involves exposure to varying weather conditions, maintenance equipment, chemicals, and other environmental conditions associated with property maintenance operations.
