CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Marquis at Brushy Creek in Austin, TX. The role focuses on maintaining community operations, safety, and high customer service as you work across resident living spaces and common areas.

Responsibilities includeMake-ready tasks, handling service requests, and participating in preventative maintenance and resident programs. A valid driver’s license, basic tools, and certifications (EPA/HVAC/CPO) are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance or related trade experience.
• Certifications: EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO (required).
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance (required).
• Own a basic set of hand tools (required).
• Ability to read service requests and schedules; communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work varying schedules, including weekends and emergencies.
• Willingness to travel to other properties as needed.
• Respond to emergency calls outside normal hours.
