Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and two years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Background in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams; safe work mindset required.

Responsibilities

• PLC Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve PLC issues; read ladder logic and diagrams.
• Electrical Systems: work with three-phase and single-phase power; perform safe troubleshooting.
• Servo Motors & Drives: troubleshoot and maintain servo systems; calibrate motors.
• Mechanical Systems: maintain and repair machinery; know bearings, gears, chains.
• Hydraulic Systems: service pumps and valves; perform preventive maintenance.
• General Maintenance: execute preventive/predictive plans; apply root-cause analysis.

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• PLC Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues; Read and interpret ladder logic and control diagrams
• Electrical Systems: Understand and work with three-phase and single-phase systems (480V, 208V, 110V); Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs safely
• Servo Motors & Drives: Troubleshoot and maintain servo motors and drive systems; Configure and calibrate motor control systems
• Mechanical Systems: Maintain and repair mechanical machinery; Understand bearings, chains, trimming mechanisms, and gear systems
• Hydraulic Systems: Troubleshoot pumps, valves, and hydraulic circuits; Perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic equipment
• General Maintenance: Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans; Apply 5 Whys methodology for root cause analysis

Pay Rate: $30.65 Per Hour

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Two years maintenance experience in an industrial production environment
• Background in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical system required.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to work safely, take initiative, multi-task, and work both independently and as a part of a team.
• Strong electrical background
• PLC troubleshooting and programming basics
• Servo drive and motor maintenance
• Mechanical and hydraulic system knowledge
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
