Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company, a national residential property manager based in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Make Ready to ensure apartments are market-ready for residents. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, install appliances, and keep units in turn-key condition to support timely leasing.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills; HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Must lift up to 100 lbs.
• This role MAY require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical) and install appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
