Purpose & Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in general millwright skills including pipe-fitting and repair of all types of drive systems such as belt, chain, and coupling, both direct and indirect.
• Experience with machine shop equipment including lathes, mills, grinders, cutters, presses, and welding (gas and electric).
• Practical experience and troubleshooting skills on pumps, rotating equipment, hydraulics, and refrigeration.
• Ability to work with precision instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment and piping diagrams.
• Formal training is preferred and may substitute for experience in some areas.

Key responsibilities include providing technical maintenance support to ensure equipment conditions support production targets in quality and cost efficiency, maintaining equipment for maximum availability, and following maintenance strategies (preventive and diagnostic) to prevent breakdowns.

Our Expectations:

• At least 4 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, including extensive mechanical maintenance skills.
• Effective teamwork motivation skills.
• Good knowledge of maintenance strategies and standards.
• Proficiency in English (oral, reading, writing).
