Responsibilities:

1. Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership policies
2. Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test components and systems
3. Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems
4. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers about additional services needed and provide time estimates for repairs
5. Execute repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications

Requirements:

• Manufacturer certifications or willingness to obtain necessary certifications
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
