Job Description – Maintenance Technician (Louisville, KY | 1st Shift: 7 AM – 3:30 PM)

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join its day shift team (7 AM – 3:30 PM) in Louisville, KY. This role offers $28-$32 per hour (flexible based on experience) and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Work with roll forming or metal/steel manufacturing machinery to maintain production flow.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals to diagnose issues.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team and facility leadership to improve system reliability.

Qualifications:
