Qualifications

• Must have proven maintenance experience.
• Experience in Long Term Care settings is required.
• High school diploma or GED; technical college degree preferred.
• Skilled with hand and power tools and able to read blueprints/repair manuals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Handle basic repairs and maintenance.
• Oversee contractors for major repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them.
• Repair machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
