Maintenance Technician

Looking for a hard‑working and knowledgeable technician to assist us in keeping our apartments and community looking beautiful and functioning efficiently. The right candidate should have a working knowledge of electric, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows and locks. We offer great working conditions and hours and excellent wages – paid vacation and sick time 16‑25 paid holidays per year!

Some Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests within apartment community
• Lifting of appliances, tile work, drywall work, appliance repair and installation
• Boiler maintenance
• Snow removal
• Perform and work together with contractors and all employees
• Carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, painting, refurbishing, cleaning, waste removal, masonry, grounds keeping, landscaping
• Carry out preventative maintenance program under the direction of Maintenance Supervisor
• Be available for emergency repairs and after‑hour on‑call duty as required
• Must be capable of driving all company vehicles with a valid driver’s license (e.g., golf carts, quads, trucks)
• Capable of using all maintenance tools
• Carry out all maintenance duties safely as required for this position
