Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, especially CNC machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues quickly and effectively.
• Use hand and power tools, test equipment, and schematics to troubleshoot systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records using CMMS systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Support team members and assist with training junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
