Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops seeks Maintenance Technicians to keep our stores safe, clean and fully operational for customers. You will help your manager ensure smooth operations and quality service across the facility.

This role involves assisting with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs, and using a variety of tools to repair HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration, and plumbing. On-the-job training is provided to get you up to speed.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with general customer service duties.
• Assist with cleaning, maintenance and stocking duties.
• Willingness to cross-train in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care with cleaning, maintenance, and service needs.
• Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations including HVAC, fuel, refrigeration, plumbing, and more.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Follow safety policies to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
