Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician Lead for our overnight shift (11pm-7am), with a starting pay between $20.00/hr and $40.00/hr, depending on experience. The role involves performing maintenance duties and leading the maintenance team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the maintenance team during your shift
  • Log and track maintenance activities in our CMMS system
  • Oversee work order progress and completion
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues, detect machine malfunctions, install piping and machinery, repair pumps, and weld or modify equipment
  • Adhere to all safety and company policies, including quality and environmental standards
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or relevant certification, or 2+ years maintenance experience
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs, with prior manufacturing and forklift experience
  • Leadership skills and availability for occasional weekend work
