KMG Prestige, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Lansing, MI to maintain the property, handle service requests, perform apartment turns, and respond to emergencies on-call.

The ideal candidate brings basic HVAC knowledge, experience with plumbing, electrical and drywall, appliance repair skills, and the ability to safely use hand tools, power tools and mechanical equipment to deliver timely, high-quality service to residents, coordinate repairs with on-site teams, document work orders,

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and basic maintenance skills
• Experience with plumbing, electrical and drywall repairs
• Appliance repair experience
• Knowledge of basic residential repairs
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• Comfort with emergency on-call duties

Responsibilities

• Maintain property systems and perform preventative maintenance
• Handle service requests and guest/resident work orders promptly
• Execute apartment turns and routine building repairs
• Respond to emergency on-call requests and coordinate with on-site team
