KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Kalamazoo, MI to maintain the property, fulfill service requests, and handle apartment turns. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, prideful in their workmanship, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities include on-site maintenance, responding to emergency calls, and prioritizing multiple work orders with basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills. Own tools are required.
