JCM Living seeks a Maintenance & HVAC Technician to transform apartments into homes and maintain comfort, safety, and reliability for residents. You will diagnose and fix HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, while applying carpentry, drywall, tiling, masonry, and painting skills to refresh and beautify community spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues.
• Diverse skills in carpentry, drywall, tiling, masonry and painting.

Responsibilities

• Enhance Resident Comfort: Resolve community maintenance requests promptly, diagnosing and fixing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues to keep homes running efficiently.
• Master the Crafts: Utilize your diverse skills in carpentry, drywall, tiling, masonry and painting to refresh, refurbish, and beautify our community spaces.
• Drive Preventative Care: Collaboratively execute a proactive, supervisor-led preventative maintenance program to safeguard infrastructure and prevent system failures.
• Collaborate & Lead: Partner seamlessly with external contractors and internal teams, operating company vehicles (trucks, quads, and golf carts) safely and professionally.
• Ensure Community Safety: Support the community during winter weather with proactive snow removal and provide critical, reliable support during rotating after-hours emergency calls.
