Maintenance Technician - Lagoon Ranch RV Resort

Are you in the maintenance / landscaping field looking for a perfect role to showcase your talent and passion for outdoor hospitality? We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lagoon Ranch. Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician performs routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of CRR’s resorts. They conduct site and building maintenance repairs and are responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment, and utility systems. The Maintenance Technician provides excellent customer service to guests and assists with site setups to ensure timely arrivals and departures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carries out routine maintenance and minor repairs to rental homes, facilities, and streets as needed.
• Completes checklists of the physical condition of resort sites before and after guest occupancy.
• Manages lawn and landscape care, including manicuring lawns, treating weeds, trimming shrubs, planting flowers, spreading mulch, and removing storm-damaged branches.
• Ensures the resort is presentable and adheres to curb appeal standards at all times.
• Maintains cleanliness by picking up trash and debris daily from common areas and streets, and empties trash containers as needed.

• Cleans resort amenities such as clubhouses, tennis courts, pickleball courts, offices, restrooms, laundry areas, bathhouses, and maintenance garages.
• Inspects recreational areas and equipment, making minor repairs as needed.
• Ensures streets and access routes are hazard-free.
• Maintains pool chemical levels and tests water quality.
• Maintains resort vehicles and equipment.
• Follows safety procedures, including safe operation of vehicles and handling supplies.
