Job summary

Staffmark in Foley, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, replace worn components, document work orders, and support production to minimize downtime while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic systems is a plus.
• PLC knowledge and electrical controls familiarity are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and assist with repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Replace worn or defective components as needed.
• Complete maintenance work orders and documentation.
• Assist with equipment installations, setups, and relocations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout practices.
• Support production by responding to maintenance requests promptly.
• Assist with facility maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
