Your Impact:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of our production operations, responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on our manufacturing equipment. Your expertise will directly contribute to our efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical Expertise: Diagnose and repair electrical system malfunctions.
  • Mechanical Mastery: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
  • PLC Proficiency: Perform PLC maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems: Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Problem Solving: Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions.
  • Lean Manufacturing: Contribute to the development and implementation of Lean Manufacturing processes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to maintenance and process improvement.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds regularly (with higher maximums in specific departments).
  • Ability to push/pull up to 100 pounds (maneuvering molds).

Work Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Sunday - Thursday.
