Job summary

The Maintenance Person at a McDonald’s franchisee-operated restaurant supports interior and exterior cleanliness and equipment upkeep. You will be part of the Maintenance Team, receiving training and tools to succeed in daily operations.

Typical duties include fryer oil filtering, grounds upkeep, cleaning, trash removal, bulb changes, and HVAC/exhaust cleaning. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered, including education support and health coverage.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in maintaining restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Role includes performing tasks to support daily restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
