McDonald's is hiring a Maintenance Person to help keep the restaurant clean and equipment in good working order. You will support the team with daily cleaning, oil fryer filtration, and basic maintenance of floors, windows, and restrooms.

The role involves outdoor grounds upkeep, trash removal, and routine checks on HVAC and exhaust units. Training and benefits are included with the position.

Qualifications

• Maintenance role requires cleanliness and equipment upkeep in a fast‑paced restaurant.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
