Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain facility grounds and assist with room turnovers for admissions.
• Inspect and test fire alarms and life-safety equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and keep logs up to date.
