Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems for maintenance or repair needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance including lubrication, adjustments, repairs, and replacement of worn components.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, parts used, and completed work.
