Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or related systems.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting, climbing, bending, and working in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems for maintenance or repair needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance including lubrication, adjustments, repairs, and replacement of worn components.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, parts used, and completed work.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with management to minimize operational disruptions.
• Maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and replacement parts.
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace regulations.
