Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our campuses safe and comfortable for residents and staff. The role involves timely maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, and kitchen equipment, with a focus on reliability and safety.

Base pay ranges from $20.59 to $26.16 per hour, with eligibility for benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and various work-life programs.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with HVAC/elevator systems and building equipment.
• Ability to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
• Good communication with community directors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire/sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, and kitchen equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents.
• Coordinate with fire marshal and inspectors as required by policy and regulation.
