Job summary

Niagara is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime through troubleshooting and repair across production lines, including injection molding and bottling equipment. The role requires working with operators and senior technicians to resolve issues and improve reliability, in a safety-conscious plant environment.

The position emphasizes hands-on maintenance, adherence to plant safety rules, and ability to operate with minimal supervision while supporting team objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 4 years of experience in field or similar maintenance environment.
• 4 years of experience in position.
• 4 years of experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and testing equipment.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other facility equipment.
• Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment per defined processes.
• Maintain industrial control systems and safety protocols.
• Possess strong communication across departments and document repairs.
