Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties (ELS) in Sun City, Arizona is seeking a Maintenance - Level III with irrigation and landscape expertise to maintain a safe, attractive property.

You will manage irrigation timers, repair leaks and sprinkler heads, and perform general maintenance across resort grounds. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and willingness to be on call after hours. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, or related maintenance areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate typical maintenance tools.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Willingness to be on call for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe and appealing property.
• Communicate regularly with management and staff on maintenance projects.
• Maintain grounds and common areas free from trash and debris.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs.
• Maintain vacant lot grounds and conduct irrigation system repairs.
• Move heavy objects as required and monitor inventory and supplies.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
