Job summary

Ironwood Apartments in Lebanon, TN is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. This full-time position offers $25.00 to $26.00 per hour and involves completing maintenance requests, turnovers, and preventive tasks to keep units and common areas in excellent condition.

You will troubleshoot plumbing and electrical issues, assist with pool and grounds, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure residents receive outstanding service.

Ironwood is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician with a positive attitude, strong customer-service skills, and a "can do" approach to property maintenance. What You'll Do

• Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment turns, punch work, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and complete general plumbing and electrical repairs
• Assist with pool maintenance and operations
• Maintain grounds and common areas to company standards
• Assist with snow removal and weather-related property needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and team members
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC Certification preferred
• CPO Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with on-call and weekend availability
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to resident satisfaction
