Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics; familiarity with electrical systems (3-phase 480V etc.).
• Ability to read procedure manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Experience using precision measuring devices (ammeters, calipers, hydraulic gauges).
• Good troubleshooting and basic math skills; ability to interpret documentation.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain molding machinery and production equipment.
• Inspect, lubricate, adjust and replace worn components.
• Document maintenance activities and changeover times.
• Follow safety policies, PPE, Lockout/Tagout and 5S standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and reduce downtime.
