We are hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician at Inglewood Meadows, a 199-unit affordable multi-family community in Inglewood, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and turn units for move-ins (make ready)
  • Complete typical apartment work orders
  • General preventative maintenance and unit inspections
  • Exterior property maintenance, sidewalk grinding, and landscaping vendor supervision
  • Minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, and troubleshooting
  • Replacement and repair of household appliances and items (e.g., refrigerator, stoves, sinks, drains, toilets)
  • Opportunity to do basic welding, minor HVAC repair, and special projects
  • Light cleaning and groundskeeping in accordance with safety and sanitizing protocols

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in facilities maintenance, hotel, or apartment community (preferred but not required)
  • General maintenance, plumbing, and electrical skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Warm, outgoing personality
