This Relocation Opportunity includes relocation assistance for qualified candidates and a starting annual pay of $77,000, plus a $2/hour night shift differential and a quarterly bonus.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of trade school OR industrial maintenance experience.
• Solid understanding of power transmission, fluid power, and electrical systems.
• Background in metals, aerospace, or heavy industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts (day/night rotation or fixed shifts available).

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Associate, you'll help keep our advanced manufacturing operations running efficiently by diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems. You'll work hands-on in a dynamic production environment supporting critical industries like aerospace, energy, and defense.
