You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs, perform make-ready work, and respond to service requests with a focus on quality and safety.

This full-time, in-person role requires a minimum of 5 years in property maintenance, HVAC certification, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment or commercial property maintenance.
• HVAC knowledge with HVAC certification.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused individual who takes pride in maintaining high-quality apartment communities.

Our Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in protecting, maintaining, and enhancing our properties while providing exceptional service to our .

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and inspections involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, appliances, and other building components.
• Complete apartment make-ready work accurately and on schedule to prepare units for new .
• Respond promptly and professionally to service requests.
• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Communicate effectively with , vendors, supervisors, and fellow team members regarding work orders and completed repairs.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with additional duties and special projects as assigned.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergency maintenance, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications
