Job summary

New Process Metal Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing lines running smoothly in a direct-hire role with growth potential and a strong benefits package.

You will perform preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshoot equipment (including forklifts and PLCs), and support safety and training of maintenance staff. Schedule: Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm with overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience with strong electrical skills (manufacturing environment).
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and blueprint reading.
• Ability to operate forklifts and cranes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with great communication skills and flexibility for overtime.
