Job summary

Bull Moose Tube Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and general mechanical background for our Masury, Ohio manufacturing site. The role emphasizes maintaining heavy equipment, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, and supporting safe, efficient plant operations.

The successful candidate will work within a team, apply maintenance standards, and help direct improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be skilled as an industrial mechanic.
• Should be familiar with PLC's, motor controls, sensors, limit switches and electro/mechanical systems, and 3-phase 480vt equipment.
• Should have strong mechanical aptitude and trouble-shooting abilities, and welding experience is considered a plus.
• Apply electrical theory to test and troubleshoot machinery and heavy equipment (i.e. DC Drives, ladder logic, PLC programming, and SCR Controls).
• Diagnose and correct electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions.
• Plan, direct, and record maintenance standards; recommend or initiate modification or replacement of faulty equipment.

Prior production experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is desired. Excellent benefits and compensation are available.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate must be able to handle, communicate effectively, make sound fact based decisions, and work well in a team-based environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
