Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; Vocational or technical education preferred.
• A minimum of one-year experience in building maintenance or construction.
• Certification, license or equivalent to operate/repair equipment per state/local regulations.
• A state issued driver's license with a clean driving record per insurance mandates.

Responsabilidades

• Perform assigned maintenance duties and routine preventive maintenance; identify deficiencies and correct them per procedure.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies and notify supervisors to ensure replacements are available.
• Assist with refurbishment projects and repairs.
• Complete work within scheduled time frame, according to budget and priority set by supervisor.
• Install, finish, repair, paint, remove and dispose of drywall or other material.
• Pick up and deliver supplies and operate maintenance equipment and company vehicles.

Educación
