Job summary

Commercial Metals LTD is seeking a maintenance engineer to develop and implement maintenance procedures across our facilities. You will ensure equipment and facilities stay in good working condition and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Intermediate mathematics skills.
• Must work well independently with little direction.
• Quick thinker, strategic planner, flexible and problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
• Identify / troubleshoot electrical faults in equipment and building as well as mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic problems.
• Repair plant equipment (steel forms, machinery, and building).
