Travel+LeisureCo. is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to ensure the safety and functionality of resort units and facilities. You will maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, perform repairs, and support preventive maintenance across all areas.

• Execute preventive maintenance for all unit, common area, and grounds equipment, including boilers.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all maintenance activities.

Job Overview

As a Maintenance Technician III at Travel+LeisureCo., you will help maintain the functionality and safety of all resort units and facility systems, ensuring that guests experience exceptional stays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Perform HVAC repairs and preventive maintenance across the entire facility.
• Service plumbing components, including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs, using soldering, brazing, and piping materials such as PVC and CPVC.
• Replace electrical fixtures, breakers, ballasts, switches, and sockets, and troubleshoot potential electric hazards.
• Execute preventive maintenance for all unit, common area, and grounds equipment, including boilers.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Certified HVAC, plumbing, or electrical technician.
• Working knowledge of appliance repair.
