Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to ensure guest spaces and facilities are in top working order. You will perform HVAC, electrical and plumbing maintenance across units and common areas, emphasizing safety and quality results in a hospitality setting.

The role highlights preventive maintenance, responsive repairs, and teamwork with other associates to deliver consistently excellent guest experiences across the resort properties.

Qualifications

• Certified HVAC, plumbing or electrical skill required.
• Working knowledge of appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Monitor and repair HVAC systems for the facility.
• Perform plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs.
• Replace breakers, ballast and other electrical fixtures; troubleshoot hazards.
• Conduct preventative maintenance across units, common areas and grounds.
