Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician III in Moreno Valley, CA to perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex automated warehouse systems. You will work on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components including PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and conveyors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 5-7 years of industrial maintenance experience with automated systems.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls, and automated material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E electrical safety standards and industrial safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical and electrical failures on automated systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs to the I/O level and processor faults.
• Service and repair motor control panels, including motor starters, overloads, relays, and fuses.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair sensors, encoders, barcode readers, and VFDs.
• Diagnose and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems including compressors, valves, actuators, and cylinders.
• Troubleshoot conveyor systems and high-speed sortation equipment.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for troubleshooting.
