Shift Details

12-hour shift (6pm-6am) 2-2-3 (2 nights on, 2 nights off, every other weekend)

Position Summary & Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for performing corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance on process equipment within the assigned area. This includes troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, training production operators, and supporting continuous improvement projects.

Additional Responsibilities
  1. Complete emergency repairs, rebuilds, changeovers, and inspections on process-related equipment, ensuring timely and efficient work.
  2. Document activities in the work order system in compliance with cGMPs.
  3. Monitor equipment performance using data analysis.
  4. Use testing tools for troubleshooting electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment.
  5. Train operators on equipment setup and minor repairs.
  6. Install and upgrade equipment following SOPs.
  7. Maintain organization and cleanliness in the work area (5S activities).
  8. Follow SOPs, cGMPs, and safety procedures, including OSHA guidelines.
  9. Maintain safety data sheets for chemicals used.
  10. Complete batch records and GMP documentation accurately.
  11. Work independently under supervision, supporting daily operations and projects.
  12. Support aseptic processing and gowning certifications as needed.
  13. Perform cleaning and housekeeping activities to maintain a cGMP environment.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned, including overtime and emergency support.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance responsibility.
  2. Ability to read, write, communicate effectively in English, and follow instructions.
  3. Capability to lift and handle equipment parts and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. High school diploma and certification in a skilled trade (e.g., electrical, boiler operations).
  2. Associate degree in a technical discipline.
  3. Experience with fire systems, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, electrical, and emergency generators.
