Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Expert proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical systems, welding and rigging.
• Intermediate proficiency with PLCs and control systems.
• Commitment to continuous learning and safe work practices.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly technically complex diagnostics and repairs on plant machinery.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure production reliability and efficiency.
• Provide support to operators and collaborate with technicians to resolve issues.
• Assist in equipment setup, changeovers, and incident reporting.
• Maintain records and adhere to safety and quality protocols.
