Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and PLCs.
• Experience with high-speed sortation, conveyors, and AS/RS.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• NFPA 70E electrical safety knowledge and practices.
• Minimum 5-7 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical and electrical failures.
• Troubleshoot PLCs to I/O level and identify processor faults.
• Service and repair motor control panels, including breakers and relays.
• Install and repair sensors, encoders, and barcode readers.
• Install/repair VFDs, 480VAC/208VAC motors, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Fabrication: cutting, drilling, welding with hot-work safety.
• Troubleshoot conveyors and high-speed sortation equipment.
• Operate Warehouse Control Systems and HMI for diagnostics.
• Work safely with electrical systems (12VDC-600VAC), NFPA70E.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for repair.
