Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III to maintain property assets, perform repairs, and support make-readies for move-ins. You will use industry tools and safety practices to meet company standards and resident expectations.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inventory management, and responding to service requests such as HVAC and appliance repairs. EPA 608 certifications, basic HVAC knowledge, a high school diploma, and own tools are required, with on-call

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• EPA section 608 Type I – Appliance, Type II – HVAC or Universal.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC repairs.
• Required to provide own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems, appliances, and HVAC equipment.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to service requests and ensure safety standards are met.
• Oversee maintenance operations in the absence of the Service Manager.
