Trinity Property Consultants in Nashville is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to serve as the advanced technical leader on the property. You will diagnose HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues, lead large repair projects, and mentor junior technicians.
This full-time, on-site role requires 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, High School Diploma or GED, universal EPA certification and CPO where applicable, plus willingness for on-call rotations.

Compensation: $29.00 to $31.00 hourly, depending on experience, plus lease renewal bonuses
Schedule: Monday through Friday, start time 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. with participation in an on-call rotation.

This position will require availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.
Physical Demands
This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching as well as use of hands and arms. The role may require lifting 50 pounds independently. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The teammembermust be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet. Working ata personal computer for administrative tasks and using mobile devices while in the field isrequired.
